T Quick Lunch: Kidney Beans
Serving Size: 1 servingsIngredients:
1 lb Fresh green beans, 1" 1 15-16oz can kidney beans
Pieces, steamed until tender 1 lg Red onion, coarsley chopped
& cooled 1/2 c Seasoned rice vinegar
1 15-16oz can garbanzos
Combine all ingredients in a sealed plastic container and shake well.
Let sit in fridge overnight, gets better with age, up to 10 days in
the fridge.
